The Level 2 Power Certification is geared towards helping you develop the necessary strength, technique and club fitting to swing fasted and hit the ball further. As the saying goes, when the ceiling of your swing speed goes up, so does your floor. In other words, the faster you can swing at 100%, the faster you will swing at 80-90% which is where we play on the course. After we do the initial TPI Screening and work on the strength and mobility concerns highlighted, we can progress to the POWER SCREENING and begin to work on your power. My personal journey in this regard will be greatly beneficial in helping you as I have done and continue to do the things necessary to swing faster. At over 50 years old, when I started my swing speed journey, I swung my driver at 97MPH. My latest max speed in my speed training is 121MPH and I comfortably cruise at 110-113MPH on the golf course.
